Victor & Kimberly Duncan have lived in Alaska for 39+ years and in Girdwood for 13 years.  Both are Licensed Real Estate Agents in the State.  Victor was the General Contractor on the Snow Raven Village Condos. Kimberly successfully operated Winner Creek B&B for 9 years. Property Management is a takeoff from the success that they had with operating their B&B. They both enjoy meeting people and providing useful information regarding Girdwood and things to do in this great State of Alaska.
